One astronomical unit (AU)* is approximately 92,955,807 miles. This distance comes from averaging the maximum (aphelion)* and minimum (perihelion)* distances between the Earth and the Sun. We continuously see further into the Universe with our ever improving precision measurements gained from our impressive technologies. The AU is now primarily used for measuring distances inside the Solar System* (or, inside other star systems). For greater distances (e.g. galactic*), the parsec* is preferred. Turns out, there's a whole lot of space out there and an AU is too small to talk about it. So for intergalactic distances, the AU's additional job is to help define the parsec.
Groovy. What's that got to do with tPBV?
tPBV is the tokenized representation of one AU within the Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons Universe.
Wait. What? Why?
The 'Verse is big. We wanted to represent the part of spacetime where the Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons Series takes place. As mentioned above, an AU is used for measurements within star systems. We thought it fitting for our first star system measurement, recorded on Ethereum, to be an AU.
Okay. So, what's tPBV good for?
Owners of tPBV will have access to the "God Mode" Zeemz Portal during Adventures. With GM-enabled, previously impossible levels become a breeze. Enabling GM depletes your tPBV, so don't get carried away playing god.
Rock on. How do I buy tPBV?
At this time, tPBV can only be obtained through direct contribution to the development of the Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons 'Verse. We are currently creating the VoluntZeemz Contributors' Guide. It'll cover the best ways for contributors to earn tPBV, ZMZB, or ZMZLR. It'll also describe our distribution rates.

A Quick Note About
the Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons 'Verse
the Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons 'Verse
This is where we will post important information about what we're doing to stay in compliance with the federal government agencies: DOJ, CFTC, IRS, SEC, and the USTD. We're doing our best to meet the requirements of our States of Jurisdiction (Louisiana and Colorado), the US Congress, and US Courts. That said, where there are rules and regulations, they are numerous, confusing, and change too frequently to be easily administered. Maintaining compliance shouldn't be prohibitive to running a startup. How many founders can't get their businesses off the ground because the cost of compliance makes the thought of opening an exercise in futility? Damn it, we want to build awesome games, not bury ourselves in compliance paperwork.
At this time, we believe our tokens will fall into these compliance areas:
1. SEC securities filing: the Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons 'Verse (tPBV) tokens
God Mode Tokens: We want to distribute tPBV tokens to developers, designers, players, and investors from within the game system to be used in the game for voting on real land reclamation projects and new game features. Currently, we're researching the laws, legislation, notices, rules, regulations, and advise regarding equity securities and digital assets. If it is determined that we need to do an SEC filing for this token, we'll update this section of the website.
2. IRS real property filing: Zeemz Bathymetry (ZMZB) and Zeemz Land Registry (ZMZLR) cyberland deeds; Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons Terra Damnata (PBTD) and Pu'Shing Bhu'Tons Ignes Fatui (PBIF) limited edition presale books
Cyber Real Estate and Collectible Tokens: Our understanding is that the IRS treats digital assets and digital collectibles as real property for tax purposes. That means that players will need to keep track of the Fair Market Value of the deeds and books they receive in-game. Please confirm this with your tax professional or on the IRS.gov website.
3. The questions we're working on, but haven't finished answering...Do the rules in these compliance categories apply to Zeemz? If yes, how? If no, why?
wire transfer laws
money services businesses
AML/KYC
off game sales (crypto exchanges)
outside of USA sales & distributions
clubs & memberships
education
climate action groups, for-profit companies for good
data collection and privacy protection (SafeHarbor, GDPR, Privacy Act, COPPA, etc)
