Why Become a Freeholder?

Zeemz Freeholders receive Allodial Titles. This means that Freeholders purchased their Allod properties "free and clear" of debts, leases, or property taxes & are required to occupy and defend their cyberspace. Freeholders can create items from resources found on their cyber property, they can lease or rent part or all of their cyber property, and they can sell or trade their cyber property. With your first zAcre there's room for z-renters (erhem, z-referrals). A z-rental cyber property isn't complete without z-renters paying z-rent: you'll receive 0.5% of all your z-renters in-game earnings. If your z-renter earns 100 zGeld, you get 0.5 zGeld.

Zeemz Royalty receive 1-3% of all transactions that take place within their lands. Renter taxation rates are variable, be careful of setting rates too high as you may experience population decline.
